The Internal Layout of your lodge is up to you the customer to design along with the manufacturer.
There are nine private individual plots with an artists impression of what the park will look like once completed. This new and exiting development is set in a quiet, tranquil, picturesque part of Cumbria on the fringe of the Lake District Park where you can relax if required without being disturbed, or you have not far to go for some excitement. The benefit of having a Pub/Restaurant next to the park is a great bonus, but does not affect the peace and quiet of the park, as when you visit us you will see the positioning for maximum screened plots. The next step when you have decided to buy a plot and lodge. We then arrange a meeting at the factory where the lodges are made, and you along with the representative choose your lodge layout inside i.e. carpets/curtains/layout/how many bedrooms how big to have your lounge and kitchen where to have a large window to benefit the views and so on...so when the lodge arrives with us and is sited and inspected, you can move straight in and start enjoying your holiday lodge. What we do for you when you buy a lodge: Concrete base with all services connected (sewerage/mains water/electric and tank gas. Also we will turf/gravel/paving slabs and a perimeter fence your plot with your input, plus a wall built around the base of the lodge. As you can see from the Site Plan below they are all individual plots and not over looking each other as the park is built on a slope. All different shapes and sizes of plots, this also includes the lodges which are all different, some with spectacular views of the rolling hills and mountains, some beside the little stream this is why this park is different from all the others to offer everyone something different. |
Directions. From M6-Junction 41. Take the B5305 signposted Wigton/Sebergham for approximately 9 miles to the SOUR NOOK INN which is on the right with an old Grey Ferguson Tractor in the car park, turn into the car park and we are at the rear of the car park. From A595 Cockermouth to Carlisle. Turn at the crossroads of the B5305 signposted Sebergham/Penrith, travel for approx 8 miles passing through the village of sebergham and we are situated 1 mile Penrith side of the village on the left at the rear of SOUR NOOK INN car park.
